Reema Duggal | Co-Founder

Reema is a strategic professional with a long career in the global IT industry; she has expertise in Revenue Generation (Strategy, Marketing, Portfolio Management) and Delivery Management (Practice Leadership, Program and Project Management). She serves as President of The Sitaran Group and Co-Founder of Silicon Halton, a 1500-person community of talented technology freelancers, solo-preneurs, entrepreneurs, and professionals.

At the Sitaran Group, Reema’s team works with companies to create Digital Business Roadmaps that will guide them in building strong businesses. These roadmaps help: drive revenue, enable digital marketing and sales activities, reduce costs by optimizing business processes and build organizational capability with strong change management and training programs.

Shann McGrail | Co-Founder

Shann is the former CEO of Haltech, an Ontario Regional Innovation Center where she and her team oversaw the programming and mentorship of over 200 clients per year.

There she established multiple programs aimed at growing the number of women entrepreneurs in the technology sector and is particularly proud that the efforts resulting in growing the number of women led companies from 9% to over 40% of the portfolio. Prior to Haltech, Shann started a consulting company with a partner, focused on leadership and management development.

Her other experience includes 17 years at Microsoft in senior leadership roles in Sales, Consulting Services and Operations.  Shann is passionate about innovation and the need for high impact initiatives supporting women entrepreneurs and those aspiring to senior leadership positions.
